Simone Biles
Simone Arianne Biles (/sI’moUn ‘baI@lzSimone Arianne Biles (born March 14, 1997; 4) is an American artistic gymnast. Biles tied Shannon Miller for the number of Olympic medals she won in American gymnastics and is currently ranked ninth in the world for the most medals. Having won 25 World Championship medals, she is the most successful gymnast ever to compete at the Gymnastics World Championships and is considered by many sources to be the most successful gymnast ever. Joe Biden presented Biles with the Presidential Medal of Freedom 2022. Biles won individual gold medals at Rio de Janeiro's 2016 Summer Olympics. Bronze on balance beam, vault, and all-around were her awards. Biles also won bronze as part of the United States Team, which was known as the "Final Five".
