Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat
Madekwe comes from the mixed race family of South London in England. Her father and mother have both been English. Her family was raised in a council estate in the south of London. When she was fourteen, she was enrolled at The Brit School. In London she attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where her acting degree was obtained. Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actress, who was born into the large family. She was the daughter of Patty and Roy Leggat.
